Do you use Outlook but your company uses GoldMine?

Do you use GoldMine but need other users to view your diary in Outlook?

DoubleLook runs as an icon in your Windows System tray. When you make a change in Outlook, DoubleLook moves that change to GoldMine. This data transfer is completely transparent - GoldMine does not even have to be open, and no user license is required! If you make a change in GoldMine, that change is moved to Outlook. This exchange is so fast, you can freely work with both programs open and never lose track of what you are doing!

DoubleLook treats GoldMine data in a special way in Outlook:

• Appointments and To Do Items are linked to a Contact
• Contact Notes in Outlook can contain GoldMine History Items
• DoubleLook is installed as a System Tray icon. Simple user selected rules control how the PC database, calendar and other settings are synchronized. Every few seconds, DoubleLook checks to see if your PC PIM or Outlook is open and if changes are being made. If changes are being made, those changes are systematically "doubled" in GoldMine.

Not Supported: DoubleLook does not transfer email from GoldMine to Outlook.
