System Review
As part of any larger GoldMine CRM Implmentation or GoldMine Review Othello Consultants would usually undertake a Workflow Anaylsis of you System and produce a detailed report.
Our experiences CRM Consultant will review your current CRM/GoldMine System and speak with the relevant users and managers to discover both how your current business processes work and how they may be improved upon.
The aim of this CRM Workflow Analysis is to enable us to develop your CRM System to take into account all of your current business needs, those areas in which you want to improve and most importantly use our considerable experience gained from delivering successful CRM Solutions to hundreds of other organisations since 1999 to suggest improvements and new ideas that you may not even have considered before.
Our Workflow Analysis Review will then detail our findings and propose Solutions
Alternatively a the GoldMine Review day may be more informal and we will implement changes as we find and agree them with you.
If new requirements are identified such as data import, integration with other systems, significant configuration changes or further User Training then we will provide a detailed quote so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.
